Cancellation Policy

Please note that any modification or cancellation must be made within 24 hours of your purchase.
If you do not inform us within this timeframe, we will not be able to issue a refund or make changes to your order.


Refunds and 30-Day Guarantee

To qualify for the 30-day guarantee, you must provide a written document detailing your experience using the product, from the beginning to the end of your treatment.

We are pleased to offer a full 30-day, 100% refund policy for customers who have not seen results after 30 days of using our product.
Please note that we refund up to $70, allowing you to try up to 3 bottles of our drops risk-free.
If you wish to order more than 3 bottles in your first purchase, we recommend ordering fewer so that your family can try them first.

Please note that if you have placed multiple orders, you are only eligible for one refund under this 30-day guarantee.
This measure helps prevent abuse of our policy.

Additionally, we do not offer refunds for shipping delays, as these are beyond our control.

All refunds are issued in US Dollars (USD), the same currency used for the initial purchase.
Please note that customers are responsible for any foreign transaction fees or exchange rate charges.


Returns

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we prioritize safety and hygiene.
Therefore, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Additionally, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and a $2 restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and quality control reasons.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping.
An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken.
Minor packaging damage (such as dented boxes) occurring during delivery is not considered a damaged product if the item itself remains intact.

If your item arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
To report a damaged product, please email elenwinter.info@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage.
We will then determine whether you are eligible for a free replacement.

We do not refund or replace products damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or improper handling.


Shipping and Delivery

While we do our best to deliver your orders on time, we cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, including those caused by the carrier, customs, or other unforeseen factors.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
